a highly motivated **Senior Flight Training Systems Integrator**

Candidates must live within 2 hours of a major airport with
multiple scheduled airline operations.**Position
Responsibilities:**+ Observing and Analyzing pilot training+
Analyzing Flight Operations data and aligning relevant training
solutions+ Make recommendations for integrating training with
flight operations.+ Make recommendations for relevant pilot
training.+ Coordinate with team to provide requirements for flight
training courseware.+ Collaborate with Regulatory Authorities and
Industry Groups**This position has been identified as a virtual
opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to
relocate.****The position must meet Export Control compliance
requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. -
120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful

Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**+ Experience in the
aviation and learning, training and development industry with
strength in working collaboratively on aviation topics with Subject
Matter Experts+ Experience working with Instructional Systems
Designers to develop aviation training.+ Familiar with
state-of-the-art Flight Instruction Techniques+ Experience with
Learning Design+ Practiced in virtual collaboration.**Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**+ Bachelor's degree in
aviation or education+ Experience developing flight training
courseware for part 121/142 operations or non-U.S. equivalent.+
Pilot with experience flying, instructing and evaluating in Boeing
airplanes or representative simulation devices.+ Experience as an
instructor pilot/examiner or educator in delivering advanced
courseware for various media and conducting evaluations of students
through that media.+ Experience managing the development of
advanced courseware including evaluations, throughout all stages of
development both directly and virtual which maintains and advances
industry best practices.**Typical Education/
Experience:**Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years'
related work experience or an equivalent combination of education
and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14
years' related work experience, etc.).**Relocation:**Relocation
