As a luxury salon brand we are looking for a talented individual to join our Connect Team. This team members duties are, but not limited to:
* Answering Phones

* Outbound Calls

* Tracking Communication

* Communication on social platforms

* Book reservations

* Optimize the schedule

* Deescalate any situation that arises with the client

* Communicate with the stylist and/or front desk to ensure a seamless guest experience

* Complete Reports as Need Be
* Serve as a Concierge to our Guests
