    Overview of the Senior Voice & Collab Specialist


    • Oversee support of the IT Voice, Contact Center, and Collaboration technologies
    • Engage in close partner interaction and communication when implementing projects, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting service issues
    • Provide operational technical guidance to the Voice & Collaboration Team while helping maintain systems, documentation, and services in accordance with business SLAs for all supported organizational voice and collaboration applications/systems
    • Participate in maintaining Cisco UCCE and Call Manager infrastructure including Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Unity, Call Router, Logger, and Session Boarder Controllers
    • Work with Team members in the migration from legacy on-prem enterprise voice infrastructure (Cisco Call Manager) to Microsoft Teams Voice
    • Work with business partners to determine needs and determine the best method of implementing requests for changes or new services
    • Work with Team members on installations, upgrades, configurations, and modifications of all Voice & Collaboration systems and service
    • Reduce day-to-day operational tasks via scripting and process improvement

      Senior Voice & Collab Ops Specialist skills and qualification

      • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Cisco WebEx
      • 5+ years of Voice and Collaboration systems support experience
      • Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent
      • Microsoft Teams and Cisco Voice experience
      • Experience providing daily operational support in a fast-paced call center atmosphere
      • Experience with contact center dashboard metrics monitoring
      • Experience with PowerShell

        40-hour on-site work week; on-call responsibilities
        Travel may be required for this position CB2
