searching for a Grader/Sorter I on our Product Sourcing Team at our
Home Office. As a Grader/ Sorter I, you are responsible for
processing invoices/memos, processing store requests for metal and
stones, and matching stones in accordance with Company quality

The quality of merchandise we provide at Shane Co. is exceptional
and our Grader/Sorters are critical to that process. Daily
responsibilities may include: Receiving invoices/memos of loose
stones and being responsible for inventory control.
Processing metals, gems, and diamonds efficiently and
Processing all incoming orders and communicating any
Maintaining alignment with the Company quality standards while
working with metal, gemstones, and diamonds.
Securing stones processed from Trade-Ins, Returns, and service
orders into inventory.
Assisting in the monthly inventory process.
Additional duties as assigned.
No jewelry experience? No problem! This is an entry level position
where we will provide on the job training so you will have what it
takes to master the role of a Grader/Sorter I. In addition, we care

Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet
Possess manual dexterity, visual acuity, and color discernment
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with technology and comfortable learning new systems
Must be able to demonstrate basic communication skills in both
written and spoken English, as well as basic math (adding,
subtracting, multiplying, and dividing as well as decimals,
fractions, and percentages)
Great ability to provide and receive feedback from peers and
supervisors and adapt behavior with coaching.
Organizational excellence and ability to manage deadlines,
multitask, and prioritize effectively.
Intermediate skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word
SAP experiences preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required.

in a fast-paced environment are key skills for this role, along
with being able to follow established plans. Accuracy and attention

The primary environment for this role is an open workspace which is
brightly lit, subdued with regard to bright color and decoration,
and relatively free of clutter. Considerable business is conducted
using the telephone and computer technology. Manual dexterity,

The salary range for this role is $21.00-$23.00 per hour. The range
describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job
description in the state of Colorado. Individual pay will be
determined based on skills and qualifications for the role.
