development. SALARY: $17.25/hr. WORK LOCATION: Littleton, Colorado
SHIFT: 2 shifts, rotates every 2 weeks (8 hour shifts) - Monday
thru FridayDay shift - 6:30-2:30pmAfternoon shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm

always in good company ROLE SUMMARY : Our Packaging Team performs
all responsibilities in Canning, Bottling, Kegging and re-pack of
our beer. They assure that beer is packaged in bottles, cans and
kegs ready for distribution and sale. This is an entry-level
position in a fast paced production environment with focus on the
re-pack task. This is a physically intensive role that requires
exceptional motivation, a true passion for craft beer, and
scheduling flexibility. This position reports to the Packaging
Manager, but will also take direction from the Packaging Supervisor
and Packaging Leads. JOB R ESPONSIBILITIES :
- Understands and adheres to safety standards
- Understands and adheres to quality standards
- Complete the tasks related to re-packs of our beer
- Operate packaging department equipment
- Complete machine audits
- Clean kegs and ensures keg stock is in properly maintained
- Cleans bottling/kegging/canning facilities and keep proper
cleaning logs and paperwork
- Forklift certified
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary
- Proper use of Personal Protection Equipment
- Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
environment
- Ability to work at a fast pace and in high pressure
situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
skills.

- Functions well within a team environment JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma required
- Prior experience in a Packaging environment preferred
- Ability to carry/lift 50-165lbs. and work safely in a loud
and/or hot work environment
- Must be able to crouch, bend, lift, stoop and reach
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more
- Ability to work second shift when necessary
- Fork Lift Certified, or ability to obtain one soon after
hiring
- Must be able to work in hot, wet and loud environment
- Must be able to work around steam, electricity, harsh
chemicals, and solvents
- Flexibility to work day, afternoon, or midnight shifts,
including weekends and holidays.
