FRNDS is a creative agency that specializes in strategic production. Located in the heart of downtown Denver, we're lucky enough to have a historic 4,000 sq foot office we call home. We're a small but fast-growing team looking to add a crucial new teammate to our business. The bottom line is we're a bunch of creative entrepreneurs trying to make our way against the big dogs in the industry, and we're doing it one day at a time, we just need your help.We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a key role in our growth by engaging new Business prospects for FRNDS. We work with a wide range of clients in a wide range of industries, some of our FRNDS (aka clients) consist of Dooney & Bourke, Amazon, Intel, Crocs, and more.You will have a direct impact on the growth of FRNDS by growing a pipeline, reaching out to new prospects, and identifying proper opportunities that lead to meetings and deals.About the RoleLocation: Denver (In Office)Full-TimeSalary: Base Salary $42,000-$50,000 an on target variable compensation of an additional 12,000-24,000. OTE is $74,000.As a BDR at FRNDS you will---Handle all inbound leads and identify key prospectsQualify inbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential new clientsBecome the head of our CRM software and manage all pipelinesHelp create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging all activities and keeping information up to date in both Monday and ApolloBecome a FRNDS expert, knowing our offerings and what fits best for potential clients.Continuously evaluate and improve our sales processes with an emphasis towards building scale.You will be empowered to research, prospect, cold-call, qualify, and set meetings.We are a small nimble team so that list is just the start. We encourage our employees to contribute in every area they can, and shape their own role accordingly with growth. Our BDR will play a huge role in the growth of FRNDS and we will rely heavily on them to shape our future sales team, there is a ton of room for growth in this position.What you'll need to succeed in this role---Self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organizationConsistent track record of achieving measurable inside sales goals in a sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was requiredPositive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing and presentation skillsProficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, PM software, Google Suite)Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a HUGE plusProven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar roleHands-on experience with multiple demand generation techniques Track record of achieving sales metrics and quotasEager to learn sales practices and grow and develop a sales pipelineHave a positive attitude and encourage growth and successThe Benefits of working at FRNDSMonthly Wellness Stipend Generous PTOAllotted sick time in addition to PTOPaid HolidaysMonthly Company Happy Hours and EventsFun, Collaborative, and Creative work environment in the heart of Downtown DenverProfessional development opportunitiesFree ParkingPlease submit your resume and a cover letter to be considered.
