Job Description:

The primary function of this position is source and filter the candidate pipeline for Commercial, DOT Drivers and other hard to fill positions.
Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate applicant flow to meet overall recruiting goals
    • Source passive candidates through internet and scrubbing job board searches
      • Attend national and local conferences, job fairs and other recruiting-related events
        • Proactively build pipelines of talent through cold-calling, e-mailing, professional networking, resume mining, social media, etc
          • Partner with Talent Acquisition staff and hiring managers to understand staffing and market needs
            • Develop industry-specific partnerships
              • Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate, identify and summarize relevant experience and skills
                • Effectively promote career paths to potential candidates
                  • Exhibit professional conduct when acting as a representative of Magnum Companies to all partners, employees and potential candidates
                    • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
                      • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient mannerRequired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Work Characteristics:
                        • Maintain superior knowledge of key human resource and compliance matters such as I-9's, ADA, FMLA, USERRA, EEOC, amongst others
                          • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and customer service skills
                            • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and use independent judgment to resolve issues
                              • Ability to advise, influence, and coach others
                                • Ability to remain calm and professional under stress and during emotional-difficult employee matters
                                  • Must maintain highest standards of confidentiality
                                    • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
                                      Education/Experience:Associate's Degree in Business or related field with at least 1 year of related experience in Human Resources/ Recruiting, or; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above.#INDOFA1
