objectives at the enterprise levelEffectively qualify leads and
perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as
requiredCreate client presentations, proposals and coordinate
quarterly business reviewsConduct high-level conversations with
C-level and VP-level ExecutivesUtilize solution-selling and
value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to
closeDevelop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage
complex sales situations and sales campaignsUpsell and leverage
business from new and established customer relationshipsUtilize CRM
solution to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and
status updatesWork strategically with management to deliver
forecasts, identify trending opportunities / challenges, and
provide recommended solutionsResolve client issues in a timely and
thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriateKeep
informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may
impact client business activitiesLeverage key customer
relationships for video testimonials and case studiesBA/BS, 10+
years of Enterprise Sales / Account Executive experience in a
Technology companyExperienced selling Video Collaboration or Cloud
solutionsDirect sales experience in Video Collaboration is
preferredPresence and proficiency in social media such as
LinkedInThis position requires experience prospecting net new
logos, develop and maintain business within existing accounts and
manage complex sales situations / large projectsStrong
collaboration and relationship building skillsBusiness forecasting,
pipeline development and management skills are requiredProven
client satisfaction, proven track record, & strong team
playerExperience conducting product demonstrations with ability to
build relevant, strategic messagingMust have strong verbal skills
with consultative professional business acumenMust be detail
oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, &
self-motivatedSalesforce CRM experience preferredStrong Internet
research skills with excellent Microsoft Office literacy [Excel,

Earnings:Minimum:$180,000.00 USDMaximum :$315,000.00 USDIn addition
to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct
Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary,

here. - Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and
commensurate with qualifications & experience. - We also have a
location based compensation structure; there may be a different
range for candidates in other locations.Zoom requires all U.S.
