This role is for our new business unit, TRADR, and will be based our of our HQ in Denver.
Job Description:The Account Supervisor is the main point of contact to ensure that we exceed our clientsexpectations, and that our client relationships reflect SMT's core values.

    Responsibilities:
    Client Relationship Development
    • Manage day-to-day client relationships at a senior level across strategic direct partnerships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with all key client decision makers
    • Initiate collaboration between Strategic Insights & Modeling Manager, Digital Ad Ops Specialist(s) and external stakeholders to build report across all business units
    • Lead client and internal brainstorms to achieve the strategic and creative goals of the account from inception to completion
      Account Growth
      • Direct, retain and grow accounts to meet annual revenue and margin targets
      • Staying abreast of the latest programmatic, social, search and Advanced TV market trends and challenges alongside new and emerging B2C digital marketing solutions
      • Maintain precise financial management of all accounts
        Marketing Campaign Management and Execution
        • Provide account direction by proactively advising clients on marketing strategies, developing clear briefs that inspire creative marketing solutions that deliver results
        • Support the Digital Ad Ops Specialists in building campaign strategies, identifying clear deliverables, accurate budgets, with ROI measurement criteria
        • Attend and lead client meetings (traveling when required) or conference calls to take new campaign briefs, taking the lead role in a meeting/call to understanding client requirements
        • Develop and deliver successful marketing campaigns from brief through to campaign execution and KPI achievement
          Education & Experience:
          • Passionate about marketing and data
          • 3+ years experience directly relating to digital marketing, digital marketing strategy, digital marketing analytics, client relations and management
            Pay Band:Annual Base - $55-75KAnnual Bonus (paid quarterly on GP achievement) - $10K
