Job Description:
This role is 100% remote!Since 2013, Precision's teams have been
advancing clinical, manufacturing and commercialization solutions
to help global pharmaceutical innovators transform patient lives.
We are delivering cell/gene therapy solutions to the market as part
of a recent acquisition. This requires a nuanced, comprehensive,
and integrated approach, strategic problem-solving, and the right
team members. That's where you come in!We are hiring a
detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to oversee the Salesforce
Platform and technical ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the
support of Precision's Salesforce.Com deployment.Essential
functions of the job include but are not limited to:Daily support
of the Salesforce platform including setting up users, profiles,
roles, creating new reports and dashboards, responding to support
requests from end users and troubleshooting issues.Manage user
onboarding and offboarding including license allocation.Manage data
migrations into/out of Salesforce platform.Keep team updated with
function releases and plans for sunsetting old features.Work with
senior team members as needed to resolve issues and communicate
requests while maintaining communication with end users.Work with
the developer to configure, test, and deploy customizations, custom
objects, new subsidiaries, and new functionality based on evolving
business needs.Act as a subject matter expert on functionality and
code-level detail.Manage Salesforce.Com data feeds and other
integrations.Prioritize, plan, and execute special projects as
needed.QualificationsBS degree or equivalent experience3 years of
experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting 50+
usersSalesforce Administrator Certification preferredHands-on
experience integrating and implementing various sales tech stacks
such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Docusign, HubSpot, Zoominfo,
On24, etc.Comfortable working with highly customized Salesforce
environments, with complex data models and integrations with other
systemsComfortable using Data Loader to mass update, create, and
deleteExperience working in Lightning environments (preferred over
classic implementations)Experience with other Salesforce products
and Clouds (e.G, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) is a plusAny data
