Youre the face of our company; provide a warm, friendly experience for our consumers and service providers that inspires confidence in our platform!Handle incoming orders with energy and enthusiasmCommunicate with service providers to drive problem resolution in real timeMaster LoadUp software to manage order information and monitor service provider activity -Monitor and ensure all orders are assigned to service providers -Monitor status of jobs throughout the day to ensure on time performance and successful resolution to customer requestsProactively troubleshoot and resolve potential scheduling conflicts to minimize service issuesScheduleAs a company we operate Monday - Saturday 8 am MST to 7 pm PST (shifts may vary)Compensation $40,000 per year + monthly bonus and commission based on performance metricsRequirements
High school diplomaCustomer service focused experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment -Positive, high-energy attitudeResourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill setComfortable with web-based software and toolsPowered by JazzHR
