Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Upload, process and maintain all sales contracts
Coordinate closing schedule and distribute
Process and distribute all amendments
Upload and process terminations/cancellations
Print and maintain Houses-in-Progress report - Contingencies
Process all earnest money and option money
Set up and maintain all contract and log files
Initiate all paperwork regarding contracts, change orders, and online contracts, and checking all for accuracy (i.e., signature, amounts, etc.)
Respond to field request for contract information
Input and maintain contract documents in our systems
Coordinate contract comments and proposed revisions with Director of Sales, President, and in-house counsel
