NOW HIRING - Customer Care Representative

Start Date: January 25th

Pay: $16 - $17/hour

Location: Lafayette, CO

Job Description:

+ Taking inbound calls in a call center environment

+ Handling operator calls for switchboard, calls for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups

+ Will be placing outbound calls (general discharge, general observation, and stroke calls)


+ At least 1 year of recent call center experience

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to multi-task

+ Able to adhere to schedule and attendance guidelines

+ High School Diploma or GED required
