Here is some of what you can expect from being a Peds OR Registered
Nurse with us:
You will oversee and direct the care of the surgical patient.
You will be responsible for the care of patient in all-surgical
You will serve as primary nurse leading the collaboration of all
disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
You will oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel,
maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned
What qualifications you will need:
Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse,
or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart
Association or American Red Cross.
ACLS and PALS certification required at hire.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. - BSN preferred.
One (1) year experience in acute care OR is required.
Pediatric experience preferred.
The Operating Room team at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children
(RMHC) at Presbyterian St Luke's Medical Center is a highly trained
group of professionals who specialize in pediatric surgery - only
pediatric surgery in our state-of-the-art Operating and Recovery
Room suites. - Our team works exclusively with infants, children
and adolescents and understands their unique needs.
