CHE is currently MBE, DBE, SBE & EBE Certified. We successfully complete demolition projects throughout the Colorful State of Colorado. The demolition industry is as emerging as much as an exciting market that is in high demand. Although our Trade not directly involved in the General Construction Industry. Our trade is indirectly involved by being mandated by local, state and federal law to be in compliance on any projects in which demolition takes place in the State of Colorado. We have an immediate opportunity for Demolition Supervisor to apply this field of expertise to ours & to join our team in Greater Denver Colorado Area (I-25 & I-70).Job Description: The Demolition Supervisor is a professional who supervises and offer direction to people working on a demolition site. His/ Her main responsibility is ensuring that the demolition work is completed safely and in good time. He is also responsible for ensuring that the work is completed within a set budget. They are mandated by regulation to be physically present on site throughout the duration of the project. In other words the Demolition Supervisor will be involved in the demolition work process from the very start when the site is prepared in readiness for the commencement of the demolition work to the very end of the demolition process. They communicate with a lot of people involved in the construction process. Such include the professionals such as workers, Building Inspectors, Project Designers, Site Preparation Contractors & Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment Inspectors. They also speak to the public to gain the good will required during the demolition process.Reports Directly to:

        • Being physically present on the project site to ensure that set standards are adhered to & follow all Local, State & Federal Regulations
        • Training the technicians and verifying their qualifications before hiring them
        • Providing direction & proper communication to all contractors
        • Planning, coordinating, recommending and implementing the asbestos abatement project designs
        • Formulating the project specific work plan
        • Formulating a demolition maintenance/ general housekeeping plan
        • Working with other demolition supervisors on the project site in order to determine the working priorities
        • Negotiating with contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the demolition work in good time
        • Preparing schedules and assigning work to demolition workers/ personnel
        • Ensuring that the demolition work is completed in good time and that the set budget is adhered to
        • Focusing on safety and ensuring that all demolition workers/ personnel adhere to set safety standards
        • Determining demolition work methods that result to improved efficiency and productivity in the work place
        • Supervising the economical completion of the demolition project
        • Ensuring that the reports, records, timesheets, and invoices are communicated & approved by the demolition industry standards (company management, company clients, property owners & governing officials)
        • Performs other related and non-related duties as assignedSkills and Specifications:
          • A supervisor must have a level of expertise in the demolition industry
          • Must be able to issue clear directions to demolition workers/ personnel
          • Must have good communication skillsEducation and Qualifications:
            • Required- High School Diploma or equivalent
            • Required- Candidate must Valid Driver's License
            • Required- Candidate must complete a criminal background & drug screening
            • Required- Candidate must successfully complete a verbal & written competency test related to Field & Position
            • Preferred (Not Required)- An Associate degree or a Bachelor's degree in related Environmental Field and/or a degree in Construction Management
            • Preferred (Not Required)- Ability to utilize Computer, Tablet & Smart Phone. Estimating Software Experience, Client Management Software Experience, Word & Excel Experience (30-50 WPM).Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
