If you are passionate about making a difference and being part of an exceptional team that is shaping the future, we encourage you to apply today!AssemblerWe are in search of an experienced individual to assemble products such as end sheets and side sheets. The ideal candidate will be competent in building Livestock, Commodity, and Gooseneck trailers from raw materials.Responsibilities: -- Build assemblies by interpreting work orders, production orders, and blue prints.-- Cut raw materials to length depending on specifications using a tape measure and portable power saw.-- Position parts according to knowledge of unit or following blueprints.-- Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, hucks, rivets, etc as required by specs.-- Drill or ream rivet holes as needed, align parts, and inserts rivets.-- Lift raw materials, final products, and items manually (up to 60 pounds).-- Check work against quality standards and sign off on Quality Sheet.-- Ensure work is done safety and meets quality standards.-- Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.-- Follow all company rules and polices.-- Provide a great level of attention to detail.-- Follow all safety rules and quality standards.-- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.-- Lift raw materials, final products, and items manually (up to 60 pounds).Knowledge and Skills for this Position: -- Knowledge of manufacturing production line preferred.-- Ability to read and interpret blue prints and/or drawings.-- Ability to use calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges proficiently.-- Ability to operate drills, huck gun, mono gun, rivet gun, grinders, saws, and various other hands proficiently.-- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs to maximize effective manufacture and distribution of goods.-- Ability to perform simple shop math, convert decimals to fractional equivalents and fractions to decimal equivalents.-- Ability to produce quality products consistently.-- Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face shields, gloves, ect)-- Deftness and attention to detail.-- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.-- Must be reliable, with a strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a team.-- Willing to work 40+ hours weekly.Requirements: -- Experience with hand tools in a manufacturing environment required.-- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening is required.-- Random drug testing required after employment.Benefits Package: -- 401(k) with company match-- $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS-- Quarterly profit sharing bonus potential-- Seven paid holidays, and one floating holiday-- Medical, dental, and vision insurance-- Company paid life insurance-- Voluntary short term disability and long term disability-- Personal time begins accruing upon hire-- Employee Assistance Program-- Employee referral bonus program-- Wellness Program- we want our employee to live healthy lifestyle and provide an annual health fair screeningMonday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm, with over time as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.50 - $25.50 per hourBenefits:
