If you are a self starter who loves getting in on the ground floor, this is the perfect opportunity.Job Description: We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to increase the qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our Outbound Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded professional. If you possess the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and will to win.This is the perfect position for college students majoring in Business, Marketing or Communications.Job Responsibility: As the BDR, you are responsible for building a target account list of business (i.e. Retail, Professional Services, Restaurant & Bar, Health & Fitness, etc.) You will be calling the business to find out who the decision maker is and discussing our product suite with then. Once, you have peeked their interest, you will schedule a discover call with the Account Manager. If it sounds simple, it's because it is simple but it takes the right kind of person to be successful.REQUIREMENTSThe right candidate will:

  • Absorb the onboarding training and be ready to start contacting new prospects right away
  • Learn our product offering suite quickly
  • Build a target account list - companies and contacts
  • Love cold calling - 50+ calls each day
  • Develop talk tracks and specific email campaigns
  • Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers
  • Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects
  • Coordinate consultations on account executive's calendarTop characteristics and traits consistent with success in this position
    • Sincere customer empathy
    • Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience selling technology and/or software
    • Desire to learn more about SaaS, POSaaS, Integrated Payments, SEO, and much more
    • Highly organized and strong time management skills
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction
