The Senior Analyst, Government Business will work on pilot initiatives as part of the Clinical Enterprise team to support our dialysis patient care workflows. The team is responsible for supporting short term strategic goals, as well as guiding our long term objective of delivering optimal personalized care consistently to all patients. The Clinical Programs Analyst will work with a team of highly motivated individuals with business, technical and clinical experience. The team uses a variety of prototyping methods to innovate, such as low-code application development, visual mockups and modifications to existing processes.

Project objectives of this Clinical Programs Analyst role as part of the team:

  • Contribute to and execute on stakeholder strategy around clinic workflows
  • Develop and groom health system requirements
  • Advance collaboration between DaVita care providers and physicians

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Clinical Programs Analyst:

  • Manage prototype development projects, including testing and release planning
  • Develop and maintain low-code applications, with hands-on platform training
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to refine ideas and gain consensus
  • Spend time with clinicians to learn workflows and identify barriers / opportunities to advance workflow efficiency
  • Process and react to clinician feedback in a structured way; identify next steps and  develop process improvement plans

Additional Competencies Needed for the Clinical Programs Analyst:

  • Project Management skills: Ability to drive multiple pieces of work forward simultaneously
  • Problem solving skills: Ability to structure ambiguous problems and think creatively. Execute hypothesis-driven problem solving including technical bug fixes
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively within the team and all levels of management
  • Presentation skills: Comfortable putting together decks in PowerPoint and presenting to audiences at various organizational level
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build credibility as a peer across all levels
  • High energy and ability to work in a very fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Desire to be part of a fun, yet hard-working team

Requirements for the Clinical Programs Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
  • 2-3 year’s work experience REQUIRED; corporate setting is a plus
  • Programming and coding language experience a plus

  • • Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare reimbursement experience preferred ; experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$56,500.00 to $83,000.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
