An employer is looking for 2 full-time Help Desk Tier 2 Support
Engineers to be onsite in Denver, CO. This is an MSP that supports
small to mid-size businesses that include small law offices,
medical offices, accounting and finance firms across the 50 states.
They will be joining the Customer Experience team which is the
operations side of the business interacting with clients. The
candidate will be responsible for day-to-day customer service,
managing ticket board, answering Customer calls, resolving Customer
issues as related to Desktop support and or Network support. They
will be answering direct calls, responding to user chats or
remoting in. Experience with routine maintenance on systems,
including clean up and diagnostics to maintain daily performance of
computer systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with
interacting with clients on a day-to-day basis. They will be
working Monday to Friday 8-5 shift or will have the option to work
a combinations of 4 10s, and have the opportunity to earn
$400-$1000 in bonuses per quarter.
Network +, Secuirty +, A+ Certifications
Azure 900/ Azure 104 Certifications
CAT5E/6 Cabling, Virus Malware removal, layer 2/3 Hardware
3-6+ years of technical support experience
Ticketing experience in a desktop support or related role
Proficient working knowledge of O365, Citrix, Active Directory, MS
Exchange/Outlook, VMware Windows 10, Azure
Basic Level Knowledge of networking and hardware
