An Insight Global client in the industrial real estate industry
is seeking to add Sales Associates to their Central and West
regions. These individuals must sit in the Chicago and San
Francisco metro areas. The team that this individual is joining is
part of a new division in the company that is responsible for
providing additional products and services to clients such as
industrial racking, forklift, docking, and data solutions. The
primary responsibilities of these individuals will be to manage a
pipeline of 200+ clients in their territory and work with other
internal stakeholders to strategize how to provide this consulting
solution to customers. Additional responsiblities will include
training local sales teams to sell this consulting service,
spending time with external vendors who will provide the services
to the clients, and wokring with VP level individuals to discuss
larger strategy initaitves. This is a permanent opportunity with a
base salary and commission structure.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the industrial, materials
management, transportation, logistics or related industries.
- A strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations -
ability to determine value adds for customers
- Experienced in managing a sales pipeline through Salesforce or
- 1-2 years of experience developing regional sales startegies
and/or leading trainings with local sales staff
