POSITION SUMMARY

The Enterprise Applications Support Technologist is responsible for supporting the Company’s deployment and ongoing support for the ERP system (Dynamics 365) and OneStream.  This role will provide technical support using Dynamics 365 (D365) best practices to satisfy business needs across Altera’s corporate and resort locations. This is a technical role with a focus on front line support, troubleshooting and onboarding of users.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

General Responsibilities

  • Triage, troubleshoot and resolve incident tickets
  • Deliver to and report on Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Develop Knowledge Articles to continually drive Level 2 support items to Level 1 increasing the resolution of items to first touch
  • Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/ERP issues
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes
  • Provision user access requests
  • Resolve and escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years’ experience in Tier 1 support role for large deployment ERP systems
  • 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 for Operations helpful but not required
  • Microsoft Dynamics certification helpful but not required
  • Collaborative and mentoring work style
  • Strong analytic skills and hands-on attention to detail
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Passion for statistics & analytics, process engineering, and information management
  • Loves being hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or related field preferred

 

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Denver area base salary range: $45,000 - $68,000 per year
