The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-performing professional with a passion for marketing automation to help support and optimise the Adobe DX marketing technology stack.

As part of the Data and Technology Marketing Operations pillar, you will work on day-to-day tasks for multiple Marketo instances, as well as have ownership of ongoing technical projects with the wider Adobe team.

What you'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Campaign Operations and marketing teams on the technical aspects of end-to-end campaign execution such as forms and smart campaigns
  • Work with sales and marketing partners for ongoing marketing operations support as well as capture requirements on changes to meet business needs
  • End-to-end project ownership for operational initiatives
  • Maintain and troubleshoot issues on lead lifecycle and data management operational programs across two Marketo instances
  • Work closely with our team of Marketo professionals on Martech integrations and key project deliverables
  • Work with the Reporting and wider Adobe technical teams as required.

What you need to succeed

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in B2B Marketing and at least 2 years in a marketing operations role
  • 2 or more years' experience working with Marketo Engage (within an administrative capacity) and Salesforce
  • An understanding of lead/database management, scoring and lifecycle - hands on experience preferred
  • Experience maintaining or building lead lifecycle processes
  • Experience integrating Marketo with third party technologies
  • Experience in creating Marketo and Salesforce reports
  • The ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • Meticulous: able to consider the holistic impact of everything that you do
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great teammate: highly responsive to internal team members and partners across the business
  • Experience partnering with multiple teams to deliver project results in a fast-paced environment

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

Colorado Starting Salary: $78,500 - $102,000

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
