Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%. For now, all KPMG business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.


  • Strategic oversight and overall development and progression of the Powered Solutions and Technical Assets, including continued Target Operating model evolution, evolution of Gold Salesforce configurations, integration of technology upgrades, solution enhancements and innovation from various sources
  • Act as primary evangelist, decision maker and representative for Customer Solutions Powered capabilities, including Salesforce
  • Help ensure the ongoing client and relevance of Target Operating Model and Salesforce assets specifically Powered Solutions continual support of sales and delivery reflecting current Future of thinking, software trends, and feedback from client programs
  • Help ensure training and communication to increase measurable sales and delivery contributions - in cooperation with COE, Powered and GDN training, communications and leadership teams
  • Manage ongoing technical relevance and adoption by evolving and maintaining technology solutions based on vendor releases, user input and technology trends
  • Work across global KPMG teams and stakeholders


  • Minimum of seven years leadership experience within technology consulting or software industry
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university, Salesforce Certifications preferred
  • Program leadership experience ability to work across multiple organizations and levels to define and execute
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with high-level internal clients and peers
  • Previous Salesforce implementation and management experience
  • Project Management certified or experience in running large, complex programs with an agile approach
  • Ability to travel as needed

Colorado Salary Statement:

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $98000 - High: $210000
