A technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Operations Specialist. Core Responsibilities of this position include: Assisting customers with a podcast publishing platform Calling out platform issues and bugs to the engineering team Providing technical support via live chat Position Requirements Include: Minimum 1-3+ years of professional work experience preferably in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) support role Minimum 1+ year in a customer-facing position such as technical assistance or solution consulting Experience with Intercom, Jira, Salesforce, Looker, Google products (G-Suite), and Microsoft Excel Excellent writing skills to turn sophisticated topics into concise, easy-to-understand documentation Ability to switch gears quickly when working with different client segments Dedication to helping our clients solve problems through empathy, patience, and logical problem solving
