California (Redwood City).The Executive Project Specialist will report to our CEO and will be responsible for developing, tracking, and reporting on the key projects sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team and execution of special projects plus providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. This role requires an individual that is extremely flexible, as projects are formulated and executed to come together. The ideal candidate displays a professional and polished demeaner while also exhibiting an exceptional commitment to accuracy, detail and project follow-up.Roles & Responsibilities:* Ability to work independently, researching and identifying creative solutions for different projects and tasks* Responsible for collecting, preparing, and presenting information during discussions or meetings with Senior Executive staff* Strong Administrative background with clear attention to details* Create and maintain project tracking database* Ability to juggle several projects with strong time management and prioritization skills* Managing an active calendar: appointments, including travel and meeting coordination* Ability to maintain high level of confidential information while exercising sound judgement and discretion* Other duties as requested by Senior Executive staffPM20. Requirements: Minimum Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:* 3-5 years of experience as a project coordinator and/or project manager* 3-5 years of experience as administrative support or personal assistant to Senior Executive Staff* Excellent organizational, communication, writing, research and project management skills* Proficiency with MacOS, Office365, (Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel), Wrike* Project Management training and/or certification - PMP / CAPM* Bachelor's degree in Business and/or healthcare related field (preferred)Job Type:* Full-time - ExemptSalary Expectations:* $55,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)Work Location:* Golden, Colorado (no relocation available)Benefits offered:* Medical/Dental/Vision/Life* Disability (STD & LTD)* 401(k) with company match* 10 Paid Holidays a year* Vacation paid time off**BioIntelliSense is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
