OTA Insight is an online dashboard solution (SaaS) providing business intelligence for the hotels to increase their revenue by optimizing their pricing. We combine cutting edge technology and data analytics to provide smarter business intelligence to maximize occupancy and revenue. Our Customer Success team advises and guides our wide array of customers as they map any number of business needs to OTA Insight. We are the faces of the OTA Insight - genuinely compassionate, strategic-minded, organized and dedicated. Fulfilling this role means you are entrusted with the relationships, and product health. A Customer Success Executive is an experience-maker for our customers - passionate about working with a variety of hotels to make OTA Insight the common thread that transforms their business. What you'll do: Respond, investigate and resolve cases logged by all stakeholders via chat or email in a timely manner Educate and empower users to help them achieve the most from OTA Insight providing 1-1 training where necessary Listen, collect and summarize feedback for the Product team Help customers adopt and optimize their use of OTA Insight efficiently Communicate technical concepts across stakeholders of varying technical ability Demonstrate commitment to the team to ensure the team achieves its objectives Escalate issues or bugs to Engineering team in the appropriate channels Prepare supporting material and product user manuals for our Help Centre Where necessary identify shortfalls in the process and procedures and suggest process improvements. Requirements Skills: You have exceptional written communication skills You are tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Apps. You're fluent in English and an additional language is a plus You think ahead, see problems coming, and have demonstrable experience rolling up your sleeves and tackling issues before they present themselves. You have a tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication. Excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and Business Intelligence skills. You welcome change, adapt to different situations seamlessly and demonstrate resilience You will be given a great deal of autonomy to organize your day to day workload.
