You will be part of our rapidly growing Infrastructure Design Department, which includes structural, geotechnical, civil, drainage, roadway, rail, and materials disciplines, is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on the design-build delivery of infrastructure projects. District Overview Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design Build Management team are driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects to manage their multi-disciplined design teams to improve schedule, control costs and minimize risk. Our construction-driven engineers analyze root causes and resolve design issues before they impact schedule and budget. Particularly on large design-build projects, clients benefit from the proven processes and tools used by Kiewit to minimize project risk. Location This position is based out of our Englewood, CO office.Responsibilities Work within a high performing team to create innovative solutions for the pursuit process of large-scale infrastructure projects. Create tools that drive efficiency, streamline process, promote standardization and bridges gaps around information and business processes. Integrate data from other sources with Power Automate and other tools Design forms, workflow processes, web services, complex reports, enhancing SharePoint sites and other components needed to meet the business requirements of different departmental customers using and implementing the Dynamics 365 platform. Work with business users to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet requirements; Develop and maintain new and existing applications, systems, custom reports, and database structures Work with various departments company-wide to develop simple to complex solutions according to user requirements Data mining to support research and reporting on Market, Competitor and Client reportsQualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or Engineering. 2+ years of analytics / development experience Proven experience conducting analysis, requirement gathering, strategy development, and planning. PowerApps knowledge and hands-on experience with developing with Microsoft's Power Platform tools, to include PowerApps, Power Automate, etc. Highly self-motivated and self-directed with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated pattern of success meeting quality objectives Shows ability/motivation to quickly learn the ins and outs of the business to provide relevant/pointed solutions Work with industry databases, and develop innovative and strategic approaches to industry data vs. internal data Can extract, transform, clean, and prepare data from various enterprise sources to conduct impactful analysis and thoughtful interpretation of business unit results Strong interpersonal, presentational, and communications skills.
