Job Title Administrative Assistant Education High School or GED Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Category Operations Job Type/ FLSA Status Hourly Travel Required None Shift Type Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant will assist the General Manager by providing office support to ensure that the parking operation is in compliance with company record-keeping policies and responsive to the needsof its customers. Requires a variety of activities to include customer service, filing, data entry, answering telephones, basic bookkeeping, accounts payable, report production, and variousoperational tasks daily and during special events or unplanned circumstances. Essential Functions: Provide receptionist services, greet and assist visitors, answer phone and direct calls,produce forms (e.g. refund requests) and issue receipts. Provide administrative office support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.Prepare bank deposits.Perform revenue and ticket data entry and monthly/HID card parker maintenance andinventory.Perform monthly keycard audit.Activate and deactivate keycards in Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems(PARCS).Prepare cash applications for data entry.Perform base data entry for accounts payable.Maintain and submit payroll with proper allocation and classification of hours.Maintain absentee and disciplinary tracking to ensure proper payroll and accounting, andemployee corrective action files.Maintain employee files.Monitor and submit invoices for approval in Workflow.Assist with preparation and coordination of special events.Prepare daily Operations Report.Prepare agenda for weekly Operations Meetings.Prepare, distribute and track monthly safety training bulletins.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Minimum RequirementsPrevious experience in customer service preferable.Previous office clerical and payroll experience a plus.Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities expected.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.Excellent customer service skills required.Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook required.College degree preferred.Valid Driver's License and good driving record.Must be able to lift 35 lbs.Must be able to pass background checks required to obtain and maintain airport security badgeaccess .Location Denver, CO 80249 US (Primary) ABM is an EOE (M/F/Vet/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation) California Consumers Notice
