Today we're a 300 + strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes - from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO.We're making new and exciting things - and we could really do with your help.The successful candidate will report to a Senior Customer Service Supervisor and will work closely with the sales and design teams primarily supporting MOO's customers. Experience in delivering world-class service is a must. Managing businesses that have a high net worth with an absolute responsiveness state of mind is imperative.The client service advocate will adapt to the customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem solving.The person we appoint to this role will be enthusiastic, optimistic and will exude positive energy. They will enjoy working with a team to solve issues and exceed expectations.Shift: 11am-7:30pm EDTFor the first 90 days of training hours will be 9am-5:30pm EDTAs a Client Service Advocate you will: Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Answer how- to question and help customers navigate a variety of order flows Provide support and guidance to business professionals across MOO's customer base Communicate thoughtful , customized solutions that help our business customers move forward and grow their business Collaborate with sales and design team to identify and grow opportunitiesAbout You Customer service experience 1 year account management experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Experience in reversing Nay's to Yay's Ability and willingness to adapt to change Ability to give and receive constructive criticism Self-motivated and a team player Passionate about people - internal and external customers as well as team members Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detailsWhat's it like to work at MOO?MOO's the kind of workplace where you can really be yourself.
