is to learn.Your day. As a Lead Clinical Supervisor you need to
know how to: Performs all responsibilities in a manner that is
reflective of the mission and philosophy of Mount St. Vincent Home.
Is sensitive to the cultural differences among the children,
families and staff and responds appropriately and sensitively to
those differences. Directly supervise Residential Supervisors Sets
clear objectives and measures; monitors process, progress and
results and regularly provides to the Residential Supervisors.
Assesses with Residential Clinical Supervisors the quantifiable
goals and objectives and makes necessary program changes. Provides
weekly supervision to Residential Supervisors and may provide
bi-weekly supervision to some MHWs as needed or based on the
identified organizational structure. Collaborates with Residential
Clinical Supervisors to identify clinical issues within the staff
such as Vicarious Trauma, Transference/Countertransference, etc.
Collaborates with the program supervisors to oversee and complete
scheduling for the residential and intervention teams on a monthly
basis including review and approval of all vacation/time off
requests Ensures, with program supervisors, that all processes with
medications (distribution and consultations) are adhering to agency
and state guidelines. Monitors training requirements for all
program supervisors and ensures processes are in place for
supervisors to monitor staff training requirements. Coordinates
with Residential Supervisors, Residential Clinical Manager, and
Training Team to develop and implement trainings for program
supervisors and staff. Ensures NMT/TCI language and concepts are
implemented by program leaders/supervisors throughout the milieu
and within the coaching of staff. Collaborates with Residential
Clinical Supervisors on client issues as needed Facilitates various
team meetings as indicated. Attends all team meetings and trainings
Participates in On Call Rotation Responds and assists as needed in
agency or child crisis Participates in at least one agency
committee. Participates in the hiring process with HR and
Residential Clinical Leadership. Completes annual performance
reviews for program supervisors and staff as identified in the
organizational structure. Provides staff with necessary procedures
and protocols for milieu management, including emergencies.
Develops and monitors established processes for residential and
intervention teams. Works with the Residential Clinical Manager to
implement and oversee the onboarding process for all new staff.
Maintains staff member engagement as a priority. Involves staff in
decisions and fosters shared responsibility and career development.
Responsible for reviewing incidents in Evolv and completion of
reports by staff members. Completes ADP for all reporting staff.
Oversees medication ordering, administration, psychiatric consults
and other health care appointments for residential children. Your
experience. We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect
excellence, which is why we require: Masters' Degree in Mental
Health Clinical licensure from DORA Current Colorado's Drivers'
License. Motor vehicle record and proof of automobile insurance
coverage to be updated annually. Three years or more experience as
a supervisor in the mental health field with children. Your next
