SUMMARY:The Guest Experience Ambassador II (GEA II) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating an exceptional experience to all guests of the Gibbs Barn Preview Center. The GEA II must be able to communicate effectively, deliver necessary information, and maintain functionality, efficiencies, cleanliness, and safety of his/her assigned zone.This is a full-time position.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.Maintain lobby and front of house aesthetics/amenities.Verify and record preview center guest's information.Effectively support Mainline Sales and Auditions rotations.Assemble gifting elements for guests, manage gifting inventory and have working knowledge of all premiums.Handle guest challenges and communication (i.e. NAA, NQ's, overflow, etc.)Balance deposits and safeguard cash.Practice diligence in financial stewardship and personal responsibility/accountability.Perform all other tasks, as assigned.EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree required (GED). College degree or 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess high-level knowledge of general computer skills. Experience with TSW, SAM Live, Salesforce preferred.EXPERIENCE: Six months to one year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service experience strongly desired.
