Job Description:
If you are a Underwriter with experience, please read on! We're
an established firm seeking to add a DE Underwriter to our
close-knit team. Our team is focused on providing a community
atmosphere both internally and to the customers we serve. We
welcome the idea of adding a new individual to our group and are
here to give you the tools that you need to succeed so you'll have
the opportunity to come in and make a quick impact.What You Will Be
Doing As a DE Underwriter here, you'll be responsible for
evaluating and verifying loan application/applicant data to
determine if the client has the ability to repay the mortgage loan.
Completion of computer data entry will also be needed as well into
Encompass. This role will require communication across teams to
ensure the highest degree of accuracy and service to the
customer.What You Need for this Position - DE Underwriter for at
least 2+ years- Experience with FHA & Conventional Loans- LAPP/SAR
