• CNC Machinist
• Located in Littleton, CO
• Direct Hire Opportunity
• Day Hours Monday - Friday
• Pay is FlexibleKelly Engineering has a client in Littleton, CO that is looking for an--CNC Machinist--for their facility. The right candidate will have experience with Master Cam and CMM and Machining Prototypes.Must Have Experience
  • 2 years of prior experience as a Machinist.
  • Ability to translate mechanical drawings into machine parts
  • Ability to plan all stages of converting raw materials into finished designs
  • Controls and instrumentation experience
  • Experience with tight tolerances required of prototype designs
  • Experience with CNC using Master Cam software preferred
  • Use of micrometers, depth micrometers, inside diameter gauge, and outside diameter gaugeResponsibilities
    • Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
    • Plans stock inventory
    • Programs mills and lathes .
    • Sets-up mills and lathes --
    • Verifies settings by measuring positions
