In the Food Safety Team Leader (Quality Assurance) role, you will be responsible for the management, compliance, sustainability and continuous improvement for the factory's Product Safety and Food Safety Programs. Your leadership will assure that all products are manufactured, packaged, stored and shipped under safe and wholesome conditions. A strong understanding of HACCP, sanitation programs, Good Manufacturing Practices, and auditing and food safety inspection is necessary to fulfill the requirement of the position.-- As a culture that continuously challenges us to Stand Tall and think "What's Next?", we'll empower you to challenge the status quo in quality. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the factory sanitation programs to ensure that all products are manufactured in a sanitary environment.--
• Set up and maintain Sensory lab and product displays.
• Sample finished product in a timely manner and perform tests and communicate results to management personnel.
• Coordinate cost effective treatment plans and schedules for all departments to comply with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
• Coordinate training and development of employees for all factory food safety programs and additional projects assigned by QA management.
• Communicate effectively between shifts with other personnel. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum): Education:
  HS Diploma/GED-- Experience: (Years/Type):
  1+ years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, lab or related environment OR a 2+ year degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field Job Posting Summary for SALARY Associates.--
  This position has a minimum salary of $57,000. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
