Description:Aerotek is immediately hiring for a Lead/Project Superintendent to supervise field construction of a projects, including its organization, planning, and scheduling, in order to complete the work on-time, within budget, and to quality specified. Projects can include multifamily, healthcare, education, commercial buildings, assisted living, etc.Skills:Construction management, document management, safety, construction safety, construction drawings, organization, Planning, Scheduling, QA/QC, Multifamily Construction, general contractor, computer skillsTop Skills Details:-Recent experience on projects $50 Million or larger (Required)-Experience working in the Denver Metro Area within the last 4 years (Required)-Ability to communicate with clients, crews, and managers.-Ability to read and understand blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications:--Superintendent must have proven success working as the lead/project level superintendent on commercial projects.
