Security Training Officer-Denver International Airport Essential Duties: * Conducts training with both new employees as well as tenured employees.* Delivers Orientation Brief/TA Briefs job Training* Identifies individual ams organizational needs* Designs and implements learned objects and cirriculum* Determines appropiate learning methoodologies and assists in developing tools to access the quality and effectiveness of training programs* Identifies and conucts Badgeze training, certification training, CPR, drivers training, first aid, new hire training, OSHA training, post cross-training, radio procedure training, supervisor and trainer testing, traffic control training, and any necesary sustainment training* Assess training; Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and makes recommendations* Coordinates with Managers and Schedulers making recommendations* Conducts verbal and written observation tests and assessment tests, as needed.* Developes, inputs, gathers, and analyzes data in tracking and identifying learning solutions* Maintains training records Prefer two year's experience as a Security Officer at DIA
