Job Description:

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a HR Coordinator role working with our client in DTC. The position will be responsible for providing administrative support of the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. The essential functions are as follows:* Provides data entry support ensuring personnel files are updated in HRIS* Assists with handling general HR related questions for the HR department* Ensures all new hire paperwork is completed thoroughly and accurately* Communicates with IT and other departments as employee's are onboarded or offboarded* Manages background check and drug testing process for new hires* Completes unemployment requests* Performs other duties as assignedQualifications:* Bachelor's Degree, preferred* 2+ years of HR Coordinator experience working for a mid-size organzation* Must have WorkDay experience* Strong technical skills using various HR systems and applicationsOther:* Terms: contract, potential for contract to hire* Location: DTC/Greenwood Village* Background and drug test requirements
