Purpose of Job We are currently seeking a talented Product
Management Manager – Credit Cards for one of the following
locations: San Antonio Home Office II/III, Plano Campus, Phoenix
Campus, Tampa Campus, Colorado Springs Campus or 100% Remote Work
As part of the Retail Bank organization, the Credit Card
Experiences team manages a sizeable portfolio of credit cards
products, managing product value propositions, originations,
benefits, member programs, and marketing. This role will join a
team of product managers to define and manage our USAA Rewards
Credit Cards, payment relief programs, pre-commissioned officer
offers and program, and card ancillary benefits and programs.
Formulates product/sales strategy recommendations based on
analysis of profitability, competitiveness and sales performance
for the product life cycle. Compile, analyze and interpret data to
make strategic and tactical recommendations or decisions pertaining
to sales/product performance. Responsible for defining the business
questions and providing insights to improve business performance.
Supports the maintenance of existing products and/or may lead in
the development and launch of less complex, new products with

Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain,
Statistics, or related discipline, OR 4 additional years of related
experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu
of a degree.
6 years of relevant industry experience in Actuary,
Underwriting, Marketing or Sales/Service or Finance/Accounting
2 years of product management, or similar strategic management
experience (similar experience includes direct support in managing
1 year of Data Visualization experience (i.e. Tableau).
Advanced experience in creating product briefings.
Experienced in market research to create product roadmap, make
product decisions and iterate rapidly.
Knowledge of applicable product related regulations, and risk
and compliance requirements.

cards or other consumer lending products (e.g. installment loans,
secured lending, etc.)
Analytical skillsets and familiarity with SAS, SQL, Tableau, and
other data mining, reporting tools, and databases
MBA strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to deliver
large, complex projects in matrixed environments
Understands principles of customer-centered design, customer
lifecycle, and financial services product management
Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver compelling
presentations based on observed fact patters from structured and
