Overview Under the direct supervision of the Manager of AOP, the
Program Coordinator of AOP services provides supervision and
oversight of AOP clinicians. This position will assist the manager
with program development, oversight, and daily operations of
Jefferson Center AOP. Responsibilities Essential Duties: - Provide
direction and supportive, clinical supervision to the outpatient
clinicians on the Adult Outpatient Team, including supervision for
licensure, group supervision and for Internship requirements as
assigned by the Manager. - Monitor Jefferson Center benchmark
expectations and documentation standards and address productivity
barriers with clinicians in a timely manner. - Complete Annual
Performance Evaluations and ECR's for staff. - Consult with
clinicians on high-risk cases and make appropriate referrals to
higher levels of care such as Emergency Services for crisis and/or
Intensive Case Management. - Knowledge of Recovery-Based,
Stages-of-Change, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral,
Trauma Informed Care and various evidence based, episode-of-care,
and culturally competent treatment. - Review and approve clinical
records and treatment plans for the Adult OutpatientClinicians.
Provide training and support around strength-based treatment plans
that contain measurable goals and are culturally relevant. Position
will assist Manager in reviewing and preparing charts for annual
site visit. - Interview and hire staff when vacancies occur.
Provide training on Jefferson Center procedures and documentation
requirements. - Attends mandatory in-services; compliance with
individualized training plan if required. - Participates in
supervision by coming prepared with an agenda. Reports high
risk/problem cases. Uses a problem solving approach as well as
feedback. Attends supervision at times and intervals agreed upon
with supervisor. - Provides supervision to clinicians on
PCOMS-ORS/SRS outcome data. - Exhibits enthusiasm, courtesy,
adaptability, flexibility, and spirit of cooperation in the work
environment. - Maintains effective interpersonal relations with
consumers, peers, subordinates, upper management, visitors and the
general public. Uses language and behavior to promote dignity and
respect. - Effectively responds to client/consumer needs and
problems, initiates and maintains positive interactions, timely
response to phone calls, e-mail, and other requests. - Works
cooperatively with other community agencies as appropriate.
Volunteers to work on Center committees and/or task forces. -
Monitors, coaches, and directs clinicians on implementing
strategies to reach performance measurement benchmarks Other
Duties: - As determined by the Manager and the Program Director.

job. Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Required: - LPC, LCSW, LMFT or comparable license required plus
four or more years related experience and/or training. - Minimum of
two years experience in program management or in direct supervision
of staff is necessary for this position.
