We are looking for A Head of People to work in parntership with our President to oversee all facets of HR and talent. * An HR leader with 10+ years of experience, including 2+ in a senior leadership role, ideally with experience in an energetic startup environment * A decision maker who can take action and make change * A gold-medal communicator who easily builds relationships, rapport and trust with all types of people at all levels of the organization * An entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for big ideas and organizational planning * An analytical mind who can use data to make strategic and talent decisions * What_You'll_Be_Doing * Be a leader and advisor in all things HR as our organization moves into its next phase of growth, keeping us competitive with the industry and looking forward * Advise our leadership on big-picture topics like organizational design, restructuring and change management * Make sure we have a roster of diverse, high-caliber talent through creative recruitment, talent acquisition and staffing * Oversee the employee lifecycle, from new hire to termination (maybe you ll help us come up with a more positive word than termination !) * Keep our staff challenged and happy by establishing a performance management program and learning/development offerings * Handle internal communications regarding HR policies and initiatives * Establish a feedback process for team members to share ideas about our employee services, and conduct surveys to understand their needs and concerns * If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply now or email me your resume to *****************.
