and production equipment independently in accordance with quality
and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment
and may instruct or coach others. We are looking for a talented
Production Associate - Sub-Assembly to join our Distribution
business in (Henderson, CO). This role will make an impact in the
following ways: - Operate production equipment independently in
accordance with safety, quality, and productivity requirements -
Manufacture and assemble products to defined engineering standards,
cycle times, and customer specifications - Perform quality
inspections, identify non-conforming material, and follow standard
work and quality procedures (SPC, poka-yoke, visual standards) -
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine
housekeeping, machine cleaning, and planned operator maintenance -
Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies,
including stop-work authority and hazard reporting - Communicate
effectively with team members, skilled trades, and support staff to
support production goals - Instruct, coach, and support
less-experienced team members as an informal resource - Participate
in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality,
process, and material flow /n /n Responsibilities In order to be
successful in this role, you will need the following: /n - Ability
to operate manufacturing equipment independently and meet
production and quality targets /n - Strong understanding of
manufacturing processes, safety fundamentals, and quality systems
/n - Experience identifying equipment issues and working with
support teams to address repairs /n - Ability to make sound
decisions, manage complexity, and drive results in a fast-paced
environment /n - Effective communication skills and the ability to
collaborate across teams /n - Willingness to complete required
training and ongoing personal development /n /n Qualifications
.Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or
certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent
experience to the extent such experience meets applicable
regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance
with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires
significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained
through education, training or on-the-job experience. Compensation
and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
