Description CPI is hiring a proactive entry level Paralegal to join our legal team to assist with contract administration and support internal counsel on general corporate matters. Opportunities may include: --- Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts --- Process documents for signature and maintain executed agreements in repository --- Organize and maintain documents and legal files --- Create reports for senior executives and outside counsel based on contract or case specifications and stakeholder requests --- Manage clerical and legal paperwork functions; fulfill requests for documentation and information --- Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes --- Collaborate across functional teams and foster collaborative environment What you learn: --- Learn manufacturing and the many legal contracts and partner relationships that enable our business to thrive --- Enjoy great variety in content, projects, and research due to the variety of business operations and the breadth of the role Requirements: --- Paralegal certificate with two years' experience is required --- At least 2 years of paralegal experience in a corporate setting --- Excellent communication and organization abilities --- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook --- Strong research and report-generating skills --- Experience in using legal database software This job is definitely for you if: --- Are highly motivated --- Have a great attitude --- High level of confidentiality Great organizational skills --- You thrive in a culture focused on Integrity, Excellence, and Team Work
