seeks an associate to join their Corporate and Transactional
practice in any of their Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix, and St.
Louis office. The ideal candidate must have 3 years of business and
transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture, and/or
other complex commercial transactions and must possess a high level
of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb
writing and communication skills. An undergraduate degree in
business, finance, or accounting is a plus.
