Construction Defect Position Overview We are seeking a skilled
Litigation Attorney specializing in Construction Defect cases to
join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive
experience in civil litigation and a strong understanding of
construction defect claims. This role involves representing clients
in complex legal matters, providing expert legal counsel, and
advocating for their interests in court. Key Responsibilities -
Represent clients in construction defect litigation cases from
inception to resolution - Conduct legal research and prepare case
briefs, motions, and other legal documents - Negotiate settlements
and engage in alternative dispute resolution methods - Attend court
hearings, trials, and depositions as needed - Collaborate with
clients, experts, and other attorneys to build strong cases - Stay
updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to construction
defect claims - Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding
their cases and potential outcomes - Excellent research, writing,
and oral advocacy skills - Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation
and communication skills Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree
from an accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in CO -
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation with a focus
on construction defect cases - Strong knowledge of construction law
