If you are a Litigation Attorney with experience handling Personal Injury cases, please read on! What you will do: - Handle a strong caseload of personal injury cases from the start of litigation through trial - Draft pleadings and conduct depositions - Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials - Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis What you need: - 3 Years of Experience in Personal Injury Litigation (Auto Accidents preferred) - J.D. or Esquire - Colorado Bar License - Background in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials Benefits - Competitive base ($125,000-$250,000) Bonuses (Salary depending on exp level) - 401K Match - Full Medical, Dental & Vision - PTO Sick Time Holiday time - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
