Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Construction Defect
Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate
will have expertise in handling construction defect claims and be
well-versed in construction law. This role involves representing
clients in litigation related to construction defects, providing
legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and
regulations. Key Responsibilities - Represent clients in
construction defect litigation cases - Analyze and assess
construction defect claims - Draft legal documents including
pleadings, motions, and discovery - Conduct legal research and
prepare case strategies - Negotiate settlements and resolve
disputes effectively - Advise clients on legal rights and
obligations regarding construction defects - Collaborate with
clients, experts, and other attorneys to build strong cases
Qualifications - Jurisdictional license to practice law - Proven
experience in construction defect litigation - Strong understanding
of construction law and regulations - Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills - Effective communication and negotiation
abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Bachelor's degree in Law and a Juris Doctor (JD) from an
accredited law school Benefits Competitive base salary
