Your responsibilities will include:1. Conducting thorough and detailed investigations in support of legal proceedings.2. Undertaking comprehensive research to gather and analyze relevant case law, statutes, legal articles, codes, and other legal materials.3. Collecting records and other key documents, organizing them meticulously, and ensuring their secure and confidential storage.4. Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents.5. Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, and meetings.6. Coordinating and managing timelines for various litigation processes.7. Communicating with clients, witnesses, court officials, and other professionals in a professional and respectful manner.Job DetailsThe ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.2. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or an equivalent qualification.3. Extensive experience in conducting investigations and legal research, collecting records, and filing pleadings.4. Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal databases.5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.8.
