Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Unix/Linux Administrator to
perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux and
Unix systems.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Enterprise Linux in Cloud
and Virtualized environments
Consult with teams and end-users to determine system requirements
and develop automation scripts
Participate in on-call rotations and mentor junior
administrators
Required Qualifications
Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
At least eight years of Linux administration experience, with AIX
experience as a plus
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, or other cloud
providers
Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or advanced
technical support environment
Configuration Management experience (Puppet, Ansible, or similar)
is a plus
