Angular Technical Lead (On-site) Cognizant's Digital Engineering
Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Angular Technical Lead with experience developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Responsibilities and Qualifications
--- Translates user requirements into design for new software or extensive software revisions.
--- Creates high-level architectural specifications, while ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and platforms.
--- Provides expertise on cross-application implications. Approves business requirements, estimation, functional specifications, testing strategy and other activities to ensure architectural alignment.
--- Works closely with stakeholders to identify and negotiate opportunities to apply architecture standards and guidelines.
--- Overall 12+ years of Software development experience and minimum 6 to 10 years' experience designing or configuring software applications.
--- Deep understanding and hands-on of modern coding technologies including: Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JS, Ionic, NGRX, Capacitor, GraphQL, build runners, pre-processors (e.g. Babel, SASS/LESS, etc.), and related development technologies.
--- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools and technologies
--- Understanding of best practices in responsive web and app UX design
--- Knowledge of micro frontends and module-federation
--- Domain Expertise: Communications, Media, Telecom / Data Networking (Preferred)
--- Working experience in Agile methodologies
--- Work collaboratively with offshore team and mentor them.
--- Prior Tech lead experience with onsite and offshore coordination. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 9/28/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $81K - $163K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
