Western Union powers your pursuit.In this pivotal role, you will be a major contributor in Enterprise Solution Architect designing solutions in Financial Domain (compliance preferred). Collaborate on solutions for Digital Banking, Digital Wallet and Crypto.Role Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering and business partners to define and build out complex solutions driving value through business process simplification, automation and new product capabilities and innovations.
  • Demonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.
  • Lead product solutioning end to end for new innovations with iterative improvements.
  • Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development.
  • Experience in estimating engineering effort, implementation plan, deployment plans, and deployment strategy to productionize applications with cross-functional and cross-regional impacts.Role Requirements
    • BS in Computer Science or related fields with 8+ years of professional experience or MS with 6+ years of experience.
    • Hands-on experience in technologies such as Java/J2EE, Spring boot, Spring Security, SQL Databases, Knowledge of Databases (at least one of NoSQL DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL DB). Amazon web services (including ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch), REST APIs Designing, Security
    • A proven track record of writing high quality, efficient code to build new APIs or integrate various system functionalities using existing APIs.
    • Experience solving functional product needs by effectively leveraging the MuleSoft platform capabilities is highly desired.
    • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills/experience.
    • Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D.
    • Hands-on experience in building microservices based architecture and platform developed and deployed at scale.
    • Experience with agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery).
    • Experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google or Hybrid) based architecture designs and implementations.
    • Nice to have: Experience in Financial Services industry and any AWS/GCP/Azure/Mulesoft Certifications, Swagger Hub, Snowflake, EKL, Kibana dashboard.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere. Total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term (15% of base), incentives that align with individual and company performance.
